We picked up some macarons to go, along with an iced Americano and a hot latte. We didn’t expect the French bakery to be so busy! Next time, we’ll definitely come back to try their baguettes.
Almond croissant was delicious — fresh, rich, and full of flavor. The place is very stylish and cozy, right around Pike Street. Really nice spot to enjoy a classic French pastry in a beautiful setting.
One of my favorite stops when we visit Pike Place market is Le Panier. The warm smells coming from this bakery always lure me in and I've never been disappointed with their baked goods. Flaky, delicious croissants can't be beat. My mouth is watering just thinking about the raisin roule.
Le Panier was on my must-visit list in Seattle and i’m happy to say I got to check it out on my last day before my flight out. Ordered the vanilla latte and had to get a couple pastries. I’m a sucker for a pain au chocolat, so I definitely had to get one. A great cafe to visit when in Pike Place Market. I wish they had a bit more seating though, the place can get very packed so it does get a bit tight.
Tried La Panier Café at Pike Place Market ☕🥐✨ and I think it’s a really nice option for a light breakfast or brunch 🍳🌿 I tried their hot chocolate and it was honestly great 🤎 Not too bitter and not overly sugary — just perfectly balanced ☕✨ We also ordered a few baked items and they were fantastic 🥐🤤 fresh, soft, and full of flavor. One thing to keep in mind is that the number of seats is pretty limited 🪑😅 If you go during rush hours, you may get your order quickly but still have to wait to find a seat, which I think could definitely be improved. Also, cleaning the tables after finishing your meal is on the customers 🧼🍽️ so please don’t forget to clean up after yourself to help keep the place nice for everyone 😊🌸
Le Panier – Pure Magic on Pike Place Some places just stop you in your tracks. Le Panier was one of those moments for me. Walking through Pike Place Market, I spotted the pastry display through the window and honestly couldn’t walk past. The presentation alone was enough to pull me in — everything looked like it belonged in a Parisian bakery window, almost too pretty to eat. I ordered the almond croissant and three macarons, and I’m so glad I did. The croissant was perfectly golden, layered, topped with toasted almonds and a light snow of powdered sugar. It looked beautiful and tasted even better. The macarons — pistachio, vanilla, and chocolate — were soft, delicate, and just the right amount of sweet. I’ll be honest, we grabbed our coffee from Starbucks down the street, so I can’t speak to the drinks. But the pastries? Absolutely no notes. They were worth every penny. The space itself felt warm and intentional — French vintage posters, striped floors, fresh flowers on the counter. Small, maybe ten tables, but it had real soul. Le Panier isn’t just a bakery. It’s an experience. If you’re in Seattle, this one’s non-negotiable
I was unfortunately disappointed by the kougn Amman I had here, the texture and taste was essentially a butter croissant with sugar at the bottom, so not great. However the lemon tart was delicious and the service was great! I would be back for the vibe alone honestly. It seems a nice place for a solo diner to have lunch or breakfast and read a book or people watch. Their sandwiches and macarons seem to be what’s best here, so I’ll be back!

It’s a very French bakery (as their sign says) located right at pike market place. Tends to get super busy with people ordering and many many tourists ordering as well. Coffee was real good and so were the huge assortment of pastries. Sitting area is minimal so you have to watch out for available spots or you at standing up.
Absolutely loved Le Panier! The pastries were fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. From the buttery croissants to the perfectly baked treats, everything tasted amazing. outstanding service by Yanna .T . She was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. A wonderful spot for coffee and pastries in the market. Highly recommend!
